Shipping | Tracking

We process all of our orders within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days to complete. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS delivery service. These times may differ during major holidays when the Post Office or UPS are closed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link. 

You can also track your order on the website through your account or through the link at bottom of the page. 

We currently only offer shipping within the US. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS delivery service. You can choose the best shipping option for you before you click checkout on the cart page. USPS Express shipping is available. 

Please note: All Nostalgic GamingUA games have a discounted shipping rate option unless buying other products. 

Don’t panic! If no one is home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location at your shipping address. Be sure to check around the front of your home, especially behind bins/pot plants/fences and under doormats. We also recommend checking with your building management or neighbors who may have collected it for you.

If you still are unable to locate your package, please contact your local Post Office first to make sure they haven’t misplaced it or delivered it to wrong address.  If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, contact us Here.

Please note – Missing package claim refunds are at the discretion of Princess Polly. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly. Princess Polly is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight forwarding services. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.

Orders | Products

Yes! You can shop at both Nostalgic GamingUA and Sundry & YouUA stores at same time. You can travel back and forth between both shops using the main menu. 

Our Return Policy differs between the two shops so please read carefully before reaching out to customer service. 

Nostalgic GamingUA– All Nostalgic GamingUA games and consoles are new or refurbished. If you receive a game or console that doesn’t work, you may return it within 7 days after being delivered for no additional charge. Please be sure to send an email explaining what is wrong with the game/console. Once it is delivered to us, we will either offer you a refund or send you a replacement if available.

Sundry & YouUA– All products are non-refundable. However, some clothing and shoe items are available for exchanges. If an item has multiple sizes and states in description that the item can be exchanged. If the item is exchangeable, you may fill out a contact form and send the item back for a different size if available within 30 days of purchasing. 

Please note: All RYL Urban x Sundry & YouUA products are exchangeable for different sizes but are non-refundable at this time.

  • All Exchangeable Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Yes, If an order has not been processed or shipped yet you may be able to cancel or change it. If you need to cancel or change anything about your order, please contact us right away at underdueaurum@gmail.com or click here. 

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received your package in less than perfect condition.

Don’t Panic! If a game or console isn’t working and you’ve checked everything, please contact us right away at Underdueaurum@gmail.com. All Nostalgic GamingUA games and consoles can be returned within 7 days of purchase for no additional charge if they are not working. Just send us an email explaining the issue and once we received the product we will offer a replacement or refund. 

Please note: Returns sent without any information requested will take longer to process. If we are unable to locate the order/account, we will be unable to process the return.
