Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and packed at our Underdue Aurum LLC warehouse by our valued Nostalgic GamingUA and Sundry & YouUA certified team members. We take great pride and care with your orders and want nothing more, than for you to get your orders on time. We ship only in the US currently and 99% of all paid shipping orders ship out within 1 business day. All orders will receive tracking info once shipped from the warehouse.
We understand you want the best quality product and you want it to arrive fast. All orders are shipped out in the order that they are received. Times in transit refer to business days. Please allow extra time during all major holidays that the Post Office and UPS will be closed. Please double check your address for accuracy. Any package returned to Underdue Aurum LLC for an insufficient address such as missing apt #, or Unable To Forward tag, will be charged additional shipping fees when the item reships. Shipping Times:
All orders are estimated to take approximately 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS delivery service. These times may differ during major holidays when the Post Office or UPS are closed.
Shipping Prices:
Shipping prices are calculated on both the cart and checkout pages using USPS shipping prices. We offer USPS priority mail, express and ground shipping. You may select from the shipping options and prices available on the cart page before clicking checkout.
*All Nostalgic Gaming UA video game orders will receive a $4.99 shipping, except when purchasing additional gaming products or products from Sundry & YouUA.*

Tracking Your Package:

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.
If you don’t have an account and the link in the confirmation email isn’t working. Click here and it will take you to our tracking page on our site. The tracking page is also available in the footer of the website.
Return Policy:
Sundry & YouUA – All Sundry & YouUA products are non-refundable and cannot be returned after purchasing and shipment completed. Any clothing or shoe items that have multiple sizing options are available for exchanges in sizing. If an item is subject to exchanges it will be stated in the description of said item. Please contact us here to fill out the form or email us directly at underdueaurum@gmail.com before returning item for exchange.
RyL Urban x Sundry & YouUA – All orders are non-refundable but may be exchanged for different sizes.
Nostalgic GamingUA – All Nostalgic GamingUA games and consoles are new or refurbished. If you receive a game or console that doesn’t work, you may return it within 7 days after being delivered for no additional charge. Please be sure to send an email explaining what is wrong with the game/console. Once it is delivered to us, we will either offer you a refund or send you a replacement if available.
Please note: Returns sent without any information requested will take longer to process. If we are unable to locate the order/account, we will be unable to process the return.
Underdueaurum.com is an online retailer only. We do not allow customers to enter the home office or distribution center to shop.
